PRAYER MEETINGS
Sunday Morning Prayer: Come and pray for the service every Sunday morning from 10:30am to 11:00am, and 11:00am to 11:30am - both in room 118.
Saturday Morning Prayer: Come and join us every Saturday at 8:00am in the Agape Chapel. We begin by spending time reading/hearing the Word as dramatized by "The Bible Experience" and then we will spend time in prayer.
Saturday Prayer Meeting: Our Intercessory Prayer Team meets every Saturday morning at 9:30am in the Agape Chapel. To submit prayer requests, please see Peter Mun or Hwalih Han, or click here.
BIBLE STUDIES
HCC Studies: Our Bible studies for the Spring Semester have ended. Look out for the fall semester!
Sunday Bible Study: Everyone is invited to attend a Bible study taught by Ron Krams in room 316c every Sunday morning from 8:45am-9:45am. We are currently studying the book of Mark.
OTHER
Welcoming Team: The welcoming team will have a huddle every 2nd and 4th week of each month. For more information contact Dr. Chulwoo Park.
CP Campus Morning Prayer: Our morning prayer is on break until the Fall semester begins. The morning prayer meeting is every Monday and Thursday on the 2nd Floor of Stamp Student Union (living area) from 8:00am-9:00am. Come and let's spend time sharing QT and praying. (7:30am optional prayer time for people with early classes).
Campus Carpool: Carpool for students on CP and UMBC campuses has ended for the Spring semester. If you are in need of a ride for ps40 on Friday nights, please contact Chris Pak at chrisdpak(@)gmail(dot)com.
Nusery Room Broadcast: Our nursery room (Rm. 224) is broadcasting all three services: 10:00am, 11:30am, and 1:30pm services. For mothers and children only.  Please utilize this room if you have an infant. For more info see Jamie Han, or email jamiehan@gmail.com.

Friday SuperGroups:SuperGroups and SuperKidz meetings are on the first Friday of every month. SuperGroups is our monthly small group celebration gathering. Come out for a night of joint worship and discussion time! SuperKidz is an exciting Kids program taught by our very own pastoral staff. (Next SuperGroups/SuperKidz: September 3)
Saturday Women's Prayer: As a part of the Mosaic Group, our women's ministry, the 2nd Saturday of every month, the ladies of HCC gather together for a time of prayer. The prayer meeting is from 7:00-9:00 p.m. and takes place at Pastor James and Heather's home. We pray specifically for two topics during this prayer time: (1) global revival; and (2) for our pastor. Come and join us as we call on the Lord and ask Him to move mightily in our church and the world!

Mosaic's "Women of Faith" Planning Team: Women's ministry is looking for volunteers to serve on the Women of Faith planning team. If you are interested in serving, please see Julia Lee or email mosaic(at)higherconnectionchurch(dot)org.
Welcoming Team & Greeters: The welcoming team is looking for more ushers and greeters for all three services: 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:30pm. If you are interested in serving our church in this way please see Dr. Chulwoo Park or email him at cwpark1(at)yahoo(dot)com.
KidzLand: KidzLand is looking for volunteers this fall to help with signing in our KidzLand children and helping them to get to their classrooms. We will need 30 mins of volunteer time on Sundays, which will be 11:15am-11:45am. If you are interested, please see Jamie Han or email her.
Aaron & Hur Ministry: We need volunteers for the “Aaron and Hur Ministry”. It is a ministry devoted to assisting the pastor as he preaches to the congregation. There will be two designated people per week who will remain in the sanctuary during the sermon, but will be in a mode of prayer for the message and for the hearts that it is reaching. Please sign up at the information desk if you would like to participate in this ministry.
Outreach Team Donations: Our outreach team is collecting donations for those in need. Clothes, blankets, and hygiene products. For more information on when and where to drop off your items please contact David Lee at david(at)higherconnectionchurchurch(dot)org.

Pastor Han's CD: Our very own, Pastor Han Oh’s latest album “Benefit of the Doubt” is available on CD. There is a special price of $10 for our church. Get one at the connection desk.
Figments of a Purposeful Imagination: Peter Chung (Coach of The Vineyard Community Group) has now published his book. It's called “Figments of a Purposeful Imagination”. You can get his book through his publisher's site (Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc.) or you can get it from Amazon.com.
Books for Sale - Poems: We have two books written by Miles Battle available for sale: "The Way: Of Soul-Food Poems" for $16.9 5 and "The Alternative Soul-Food Poems" for $13.99. Contact Miles at miles.battle(at)gmail(dot)com to get a copy of either book!
HCC Pictures: Have you ever taken pictures of church activities? We realized that all of the pictures we have are spread out among many people. We would like to consolidate them into one central location. So, if you have any pictures from the past 17 years, please put them on a CD or DVD and give them to Peter Mun so that we can keep them on file.
