Outreach

HCC Outreach Ministries is a ministry of sharing God's love. We fully realize that we need to better our outreach for our community. Outreach ministries help make visitors as well as members of the community feel loved, wanted, and needed. It is a testimony of Christ's love to everyone. As born again believers, we are concerned about the salvation of souls. That is our main priority. However, there are other areas that concern us. We must be concerned with the physical and emotional needs of the community, which are so often over looked. HCC Outreach Ministry seeks to address the total needs of society, as God leads us. Jesus displayed much compassion when confronted with the needs of humanity.

Every year, we partner with our Korean congregation, Global Mission Church, and invite the surrounding community to an annual Bazaar where we serve the community. We have partnered with Toys for Tots, Compassion International, North American Mission Board, and various organizations in Montgomery County in the past.

Currently NEW for 2011 - "BIM" A team goes to Baltimore City every 2nd Saturday of each month from 11:30am-2:00pm. While serving with the "Baltimore Inner-City Mission" organization, we cater to the young children by doing various fun activities with them, Gospel-sharing, and serving them lunch. It is a great way to serve the community!
