The College ministry is an exciting and dynamic group of college students who meet together on Friday nights at the campus of UMCP. Ps40 stands for Psalm 40, where David says that the Lord rescued him from the “mud and mire,” and put a “new song” in his mouth. We want to sing a new song of joy to the Lord. Ps40 is a collection of college students from all over the Washington D.C. metro area. We don’t care which school you go to, come and share life together.
The purpose of ps40 is to connect people for the purpose of helping them grow in their relationship with Christ and others. Ps40 allows people to come and experience Christ in a non-threatening way, offers opportunities for meaningful service and leadership, and provides accountability, all while having a whole lot of fun!
There are currently two community groups under the ps40 Zone:
(1) Watchmen
(2) Jars of Clay
